Interested in Becoming a Member?
Joining the Ames Jaycees will provide you with opportunities to meet new people, volunteer in the community and develop professionally.

•Attend a Membership Meeting or special event open to the public (Friday After Work is a great one for visiting with current Jaycees members). General Membership Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month starting at 7:00 PM at the Elks Lodge (522 Douglas Ave).

Membership is open to anyone between the ages of 21 and 40. Members are encouraged to get involved by attending a meeting each quarter and helping out on two projects a year. Membership dues are $50 annually and entitle you to membership not only in the Ames Jaycees, but also The Iowa Junior Chamber, The United States Junior Chamber, and the Junior Chamber International .
